Fish Ahoy!

Year One and Two where all at sea this week with a visit to Great Yarmouth to explore the Lydia Eva, a fishing Drifter that is nearly 100 years old and finding out what happened to the fish after they were landed, at  the Time and Tide Museum.
There was so much to see and do with our friends from Catfield. Have a look at some of our photographs.

A Fishing Girl came to talk to us.
She definitely wasn't made of wax!

That Skipper and her crew look familiar

On Thursday we had a music afternoon. We played instruments and danced, learnt a new song all about sardines, added sound effects to a poem we had been reading  and made a paper plate tamborine. Mrs Hampshire didn't wear her hearing aids that day!

Well Done to Theo who is our first Golden "Miler" Lots of us are hot on his heels

Have a lovely half term everyone
